Growing Up in Hungary, seeing Trabant cars were an everyday ocurrance. As an adult, I wanted to own a piece of my childhood. Bill helped me find and acquire my 1972 Trabant, then brought it back to life through a careful and thorough restoration, sending me pictures of the progress along the way. His passion for classic cars shows in his dedication and the quality of his work.

I’ve owned my 1968 Karmann Ghia since high school and after 25 years of use, it needed some TLC. Bill helped me replace the transmission, rebuild the shifter and upgrade the rear suspension. Along the way, he educated me about the process, kept me informed what was happening, and helped prioritize things he found to keep it within budget. The car has never run as good as it does now.

Full disclosure, Bill is my brother. But our Dad taught us any job worth doing is worth doing right. Bill has held my hand through restoration of my 1972 Porsche 914, and he flew out to my place in 2024 to paint the car with me and again in 2025 to help me through final assembly. I learned a ton working with him – his knowledge and experience was inspiring to watch.
